I believe therapy should be both supportive and purposeful — a place where you feel understood but also challenged toward meaningful change.
Many of the individuals and couples I work with come to counseling when life has not gone as planned — after trauma, divorce, burnout, relationship strain, or seasons that simply feel heavier than they should. My role is to provide a grounded, structured space where we can make sense of what has happened and begin building what comes next.
I specialize in working with first responders, veterans, couples - those who are accustomed to being the strong one — often carrying more than others see, and those who care for them.
I also support individuals and couples navigating trauma, life transitions, stress and are experiencing relational strain, communication breakdowns, and the work of rebuilding trust.
Whether you are facing the impact of a traumatic event, the cumulative weight of a high-stress profession, or a significant shift in identity or relationship, therapy provides a space to process, recalibrate, and move forward with clarity.
My approach is supportive, direct, and evidence-based. I integrate EMDR and Brainspotting for trauma processing, along with Gottman-informed couples therapy to help repair and strengthen relationships. Together, we focus not only on understanding what happened, but on creating practical, sustainable change.
Above all, I am committed to creating a shame-free environment. Growth requires honesty, and honesty requires safety. All of it requires a witness. Therapy should not feel like judgment — it should feel like clarity.
Healing is not about erasing what happened. It’s about integrating your experiences in a way that allows you to move forward with strength, insight, and stability.
If you’re ready to begin that work, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
